This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated conveyancing professional to progress their career within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. The Role: As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will assist/manage caseloads of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, providing high-quality support to clients and fee earners.Key responsibilities include:\n

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files (freehold & leasehold)
\n
• Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity
\n
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts
\n
• Carrying out title checks, searches and enquiries
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
\n
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML requirements
\n
• Maintaining accurate case management system records
\n

About You: To be considered for this Conveyancing Paralegal role, you will ideally have:\n

• Previous experience working as a Conveyancing Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant
\n
• A solid understanding of the residential conveyancing process
\n
• Strong organisational and time management skills
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• A proactive and client-focused approach
\n
