- Designing and developing electrical and control systems from concept through to production \n
- Developing, programming and testing PLC-based control systems \n
- Supporting product integration, commissioning, and field trials \n
- Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, projects and commercial functions \n
- Engaging with customers to support system integration, training and technical discussions \n
- Contributing to both R&D innovation projects and the transition of products into full production \n

- A degree in Electrical, Electronics or Control Engineering (or similar discipline) \n
- Previous experience in a product design environment (not purely manufacturing/commissioning) \n
- Strong understanding of electrical and electronic system design \n
- Exposure to PLC programming and control systems (desirable) \n
- Experience in areas such as robotics, automation, or complex machinery (beneficial) \n
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team \n
- Strong communication skills, with confidence to engage in customer-facing situations \n
