- Travel to customer locations to carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs efficiently. \n
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults accurately. \n
- Work on a variety of vehicles, including passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. \n
- Complete warranty repairs as required. \n
- Conduct vehicle health checks and advise customers on additional work. \n
- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations. \n
- Provide excellent customer service, acting as a professional ambassador. \n
- Complete all relevant paperwork and service records meticulously. \n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the local area. \n
- Manage own workload independently and effectively. \n

- Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair. \n
- Minimum of three years' experience as a Vehicle Technician. \n
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. \n
- Experience working on both passenger vehicles and LCVs is beneficial but not essential. \n
- Ability to work independently with a professional attitude. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
- Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship with a positive mindset. \n
