• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and financial support.

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and performance reporting.

• Deliver meaningful analysis to support strategic business decisions.

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.

• Monitor financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.

• Challenge and support operational teams to improve profitability and efficiency.

• Develop financial models and business cases for new projects and investments.

• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and reporting.

• Support and develop members of the finance team.
\n
• Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with company policies.

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
\n
• Previous experience operating within a Finance Manager or similar commercial finance position.
\n
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to influence non-finance stakeholders.
\n
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information.
\n
• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building abilities.
\n
• Proactive, ambitious and keen to develop within a growing organisation.

• Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems.
