- Partner with commercial and operational teams to improve business performance and support strategic decision-making. \n
- Analyse profitability, pricing, revenue and margin performance, identifying opportunities to maximise commercial returns. \n
- Build financial models and undertake scenario planning to support budgeting, forecasting and investment decisions. \n
- Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations that influence business strategy. \n
- Monitor business performance, highlighting risks, opportunities and key commercial drivers. \n
- Support monthly business reviews and board reporting with meaningful financial commentary. \n
- Collaborate with teams across trading, marketing and operations to deliver business objectives. \n
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and planning processes to enhance decision-making. \n

- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, part qualification or be qualified by experience (QBE). \n
- Previous experience within Commercial Finance, FP&A or Finance Business Partnering. \n
- A strong understanding of commercial drivers, including profitability, pricing, margin and business performance. \n
- The confidence to influence, challenge and build credibility with stakeholders across the business. \n
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills. \n
- A proactive, commercially curious approach with excellent problem-solving abilities. \n
- Experience of Power BI or similar BI tools would be advantageous but is not essential. \n
- The ability to commute to Wolverhampton for three days per week. \n
- \n
- Salary up to £50,000 plus benefits. \n
- Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days home). \n
