About The Role

The position of Credit Control & Credit Manager is a highly autonomous and extremely diverse position with the key components including

• Ownership of credit control and credit management function
\n
• People Leadership – hiring, training, development & performance
\n
• Ownership of financial controls, reporting, risk, governance & compliance
\n
• Leading on change and transformation projects including process improvement initiatives
\n
• Leading on AI, automation and systems projects
\n
• Business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders including aligning financial implications to strategic objectives
