Funding Manager

This is an immediately available opportunity offered on an initial 6 month contract to perm basis within a specialist lending operation.

The role is centred within Treasury Management, Loan Completion and the Funding process.

• Liaise with senior funders on all matters relating to the revolving credit lines and the various facilities.
\n
• Monthly preparation of IPD documentation.
\n
• Liaise with the underwriting team to monitor and forecast daily, weekly and monthly loan completions.
\n
• Manage all loan data tapes.
\n
• Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM system.
\n
• Audit preparation.
\n
• Monthly reporting.
\n
• Respond to any Funder queries.
\n
• Liaise with the finance team to monitor capital funds available to complete new loans.
\n
• Liaise with the Servicing team to monitor and forecast loan redemptions.
\n
• Assist shareholder/investor management in Investor Relations Manager’s absence
\n
• Ad hoc administration and projects.
\n

The ideal candidate will have experience gained within a lender and a strong understanding of the loan completion and funding process
