- Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions aligned to business objectives. \n
- Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures. \n
- Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and confidence in managing their teams. \n
- Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives. \n
- Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve decision-making. \n
- Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement. \n

- Previous experience operating in a senior HR Business Partnering position ideally gained in a fast paced growing business. \n
- CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience. \n
- Experience of HR change management, restructuring, workforce planning, TUPE and continuous improvement initiatives \n
- Willingness to travel to other offices across UK and Europe as/when required. \n
- Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment best practice. \n
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions. \n
- Ability to interpret people data and translate insight into practical business solutions. \n
