Your responsibilities as Senior HR Business Partner\n

  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver commercially focused people solutions aligned to business objectives.
  • \n
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • \n
  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen leadership capability and confidence in managing their teams.
  • \n
  • Support organisational change, workforce planning and business transformation initiatives.
  • \n
  • Analyse people data to identify trends, risks and opportunities that improve decision-making.
  • \n
  • Contribute to HR projects that enhance employee engagement, succession planning and continuous improvement.
  • \n
What we're looking for in a Senior HR Business Partner\n
    \n
  • Previous experience operating in a senior HR Business Partnering position ideally gained in a fast paced growing business.
  • \n
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent professional experience.
  • \n
  • Experience of HR change management, restructuring, workforce planning, TUPE and continuous improvement initiatives
  • \n
  • Willingness to travel to other offices across UK and Europe as/when required.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment best practice.
  • \n
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and supporting strategic business decisions.
  • \n
  • Ability to interpret people data and translate insight into practical business solutions.
