Management Accountant

Equifind are partnering with a global real estate firm looking to hire a Management Accountant into their London finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant seeking a broad, commercially focused role within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll gain exposure across financial reporting, business partnering, cash flow management, and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reporting
\n
• Producing insightful financial analysis and management information to support business performance and investment decisions
\n
• Partnering with asset management, property management, development and operational teams across the business
\n
• Monitoring cash positions, preparing cash flow forecasts and managing funding requirements
\n
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities
\n
• Preparing VAT returns and assisting with wider tax and compliance matters
\n
• Coordinating year-end audits and acting as a key point of contact for external auditors and advisors
\n
• Managing relationships with outsourced finance providers
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve reporting, controls and finance processes
\n
• Supporting senior stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information to aid strategic decision-making
\n

About You

\n
• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
\n
• Ideally previous experience within a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or similar role
\n
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle or SAP
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Experience preparing management accounts, cash flow forecasts and financial reporting
\n
• Multi-entity and multi-currency reporting is advantageous
\n
• Available to start within the next four weeks are highly desirable.
