Employment Solicitor (NQ – 3 PQE)

Location: Hassocks, West Sussex

A highly regarded law firm in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 years’ PQE Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Law team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer to develop rapidly, working with a high-quality employer-focused client base, including UK and international businesses, while receiving outstanding training and mentorship.

The Role:

Working closely with experienced Employment Solicitors, you will be involved in a broad and varied employment law caseload, including:

• Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
\n
• Managing Employment Tribunal claims from start to finish
\n
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreements
\n
• Providing day-to-day HR and employment law advice to clients
\n
• Delivering employment law training sessions and seminars to clients
\n
• Supporting clients on complex and sensitive employment issues
\n

The firm places a strong emphasis on training, supervision and career development, making this an excellent role for an Employment Solicitor looking to progress quickly.

Your Requirements:

\n
• NQ to 3 years’ PQE as an Employment Law Solicitor
\n
• Training contract or post-qualification experience in employment law
\n
• Strong communication skills with confidence advising employer clients
\n
• A proactive and personable approach to client care
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
\n
