Shoeburyness, Essex (Office Based) | Full Time Monday to Friday 37.5 hours | Immediate Start

Upto £28,000PA

One to One Personnel is recruiting on behalf of a well established and innovative insurance provider seeking a Claims & Service Adviser to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a variety of insurance products, handling claims, customer service, sales support, and complaints management. If you're looking for a role that offers ownership, variety, and the chance to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing gadget, mobile phone, travel insurance and ticket protection claims
\n
• Supporting customers with policy queries, renewals, cancellations, and payments
\n
• Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
\n
• Liaising with underwriters, repair partners, finance teams, and other internal departments
\n
• Taking ownership of cases from start to finish to ensure excellent customer outcomes
\n

What We're Looking For

\n
• Previous claims handling or customer service experience within a regulated insurance environment
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
\n
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
\n
• Positive, proactive, and customer focused approach
\n
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
\n
• Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills
\n

Desirable Experience

• Complaint handling experience
\n
• Fraud investigation knowledge
\n
• Additional language skills
\n
