Are you an experienced Private Client Lawyer looking for autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to build something of your own? This is a rare chance for a Private Client Lawyer to take ownership of a standalone caseload within a well-established and busy legal practice.Between Folkestone/Ashford area About the role\n

\n
• Manage a full Private Client Lawyer caseload independently
\n
• Draft Wills and advise on estate planning
\n
• Handle Estate Administration matters from start to finish
\n
• Prepare and advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney
\n
• Undertake Court of Protection work and Deputyship applications
\n
• Conduct client meetings and maintain strong ongoing relationships
\n
• Work closely with a supportive wider team based nearby
\n

This role offers genuine autonomy while still providing access to support, legal tech, and resources when needed.What we are looking for\n

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (SRA or CILEX)
\n
• Strong experience in Private Client matters, including Wills and Estate Administration
\n
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage a caseload
\n
• Professional and personable approach with high-net-worth clients
\n
• Strong relationship-building skills and commercial awareness
\n

Desirable:\n

\n
• STEP qualification or Lifetime Lawyer accreditation
\n
• Experience in Court of Protection and Deputyships
\n
