Location: Hythe

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, reviewed after 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Day-to-day of the role:

• Utilize handheld tools such as drills, screwdrivers and hammers to assemble components into finished products.
\n
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and procedures to meet production timelines.
\n
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
\n
• Conduct quality control checks on assembled products to ensure they meet the required standards.
\n
• Collaborate with team members to optimize assembly processes and enhance productivity.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Comfortable with manual handling and the physical aspects of the role.
\n
• Ability to use basic handheld tools effectively.
\n
• Previous experience in assembly, factory work, or related fields is desirable.
\n
• A strong interest or background in practical subjects or a passion for hands-on work.
\n
• Due to the location, having your own transport is ideal.
\n
