Managing Director, Head of UK Depositary

Our client, a major European Bank, is looking for a Managing Director to head up their Trustee and Depositary division based in London. The ideal candidate for this highly specialist role will have minimum of five years’ senior experience at a UK Depositary and / or Asset Servicing firm, either Head of Depositary experience or senior management role in a Depositary Team/Asset Servicing firm as well as an understanding of the interaction of the Depositary with operational custody functions. This position falls under the UK Senior Manager Regime and the candidate will be required to have strong leadership skills in addition to a detailed knowledge of UK domiciled investment fund, PE, RE and infrastructure vehicles.
