Customer & Sales Coordinator

Escape Recruitment Services Commercial Division are working on behalf of our client, a successful and well-established organisation based in Livingston. They are offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer & Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
\n
• Process customer orders and track them through to delivery
\n
• Allocate stock accurately to customer orders
\n
• Provide customer account reports and forecasts to internal stakeholders
\n
• Collaborate with internal departments throughout the order lifecycle
\n
• Resolve issues promptly, providing effective and customer-focused solutions
\n

Background and Experience Required

\n
• Proven experience in a similar role such as Customer Administrator, Sales Administrator, or Account Manager
\n
• Background in a fast-paced manufacturing, supply chain, or distribution environment
\n
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
\n
• Confident IT skills, including MS Word, Excel, and experience with CRM or ERP systems
\n
• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
\n
