With exposure to international HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle activities, payroll coordination and ongoing improvement projects, you'll continue to develop your HR knowledge while making a genuine impact across the business.Key Responsibilities as HR Assistant: \n

- Act as a first point of contact for day to day HR enquiries, providing timely support and guidance to employees and managers. \n
- Take ownership of maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring all HR documentation and systems are kept fully up to date. \n
- Support the smooth running of the monthly payroll process by collating employee information, contractual changes and absence data. \n
- Play an active role in attracting new talent by supporting hiring campaigns, coordinating interviews and delivering a positive candidate experience. \n
- Facilitate the employee journey from offer acceptance through to onboarding, ensuring all new starters are set up for success. \n
- Contribute to the development of HR processes, helping identify opportunities to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience. \n
- Assist with a broad range of people administration, including contractual amendments, employee correspondence and HR compliance activities. \n
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the wider business, collaborating with international teams to deliver an efficient HR service. \n

- Experience working within a busy HR environment, supporting a wide range of people related activities. \n
- A naturally organised approach, with the ability to keep on top of competing deadlines and deliver work to a consistently high standard. \n
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring documentation, records and processes are completed accurately. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate professionally at all levels of the business. \n
- Someone who can be trusted to deal with sensitive employee information with discretion and integrity. \n
- Confident using Microsoft 365 applications and comfortable learning and navigating HR databases and internal systems. \n
- A positive, solutions focused mindset with a willingness to take ownership and use initiative. \n
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a close knit team while also managing their own workload independently. \n
- A genuine interest in delivering a great employee experience and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done. \n
