Salary:£42,120 per annum and above depending on experience and knowledge

Hours:Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm with overtime available

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Service, repair, fault find and install a wide range of industrial door systems
\n
• Diagnose problems and carry out repairs efficiently and to a high standard
\n
• Represent the business professionally when on site with customers
\n
• Provide excellent customer service at all times
\n
• Participate in the call out rota including evenings and weekends when required
\n
• Follow health and safety procedures throughout all work carried out
\n

QUALIFICATIONS

\n
• Previous experience as an Industrial Door Engineer (essential)
\n
• Confident working independently on site
\n
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
\n
• IPAF and PASMA certifications (preferred)
\n
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
\n
• Based in or around the Colchester area
\n
• Flexible approach to working hours including participation in the call out rota
\n
