Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation based in London who are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graduate Marketing & Communications Intern to join their team.
\nThis is a hands-on internship with real responsibility from day one — not a coffee-making exercise. You will be embedded within a busy marketing function, contributing to live campaigns and developing the skills that will launch your career in marketing and communications.

\nThe Role
\nYou will support the marketing team across a wide range of activity, gaining exposure to both digital and traditional marketing channels. This is a broad role designed to give you a strong foundation across the full marketing mix.
\nDay-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the creation and scheduling of content across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X \n
- Assisting with the development of email marketing campaigns and newsletters \n
- Contributing to copywriting for website pages, blogs, press releases, and marketing materials \n
- Supporting with SEO, paid media, and digital analytics — monitoring performance and reporting on key metrics \n
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of events, campaigns, and brand activations \n
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy \n
- Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns \n
What We Are Looking For
\nA degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline — or a strong degree in any subject combined with a genuine passion for marketing and brand. You will be creative, organised, and digitally savvy, with strong written communication skills and an eye for detail.
\nExperience with social media management, content creation, or digital marketing tools is a bonus. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your ideas, and your willingness to get stuck in.
