Are you an organised and proactive Paralegal looking to develop your career in residential property? We're working with a modern, well-established regional law firm in Worthing that is seeking a motivated Paralegal to join its growing Residential Leasehold team.

The Role

You'll play a key role in supporting experienced fee earners with a varied caseload of residential leasehold matters, helping to ensure transactions progress smoothly from instruction through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with residential leasehold sales and purchases.
\n
• Preparing legal documentation and correspondence.
\n
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, managing agents and lenders.
\n
• Reviewing leasehold documentation and raising enquiries.
\n
• Managing files and maintaining accurate case records.
\n
• Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process.
\n
• Providing an efficient and professional service to clients.
\n

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant within Residential Property or Conveyancing.
\n
• Ideally, exposure to leasehold transactions.
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
\n
• A proactive approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in property law.
\n
• Confidence using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
\n
