Freight Operations Coordinator

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Freight Operations Coordinator for a niche sector Freight company that deals with Fine Art shipments. The company is based in the Heathrow area.

Job Description:-

- Handle export (90%) and import (10%) operations from the UK, both air cargo and courier, while meeting time, budget and quality expectations

- Manage your own export customs declarations (free circulation, bond and temporary admissions)

- Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers, and manage our overseas agents for inbound shipments.

- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform

- Troubleshoot and remove roadblocks, solve complex freight situations

- Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team

- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams

Criteria - Essential:-

Working hours are Monday - Friday
