Senior Resourcing Manager - 12 months contract

We're supporting a globally recognised technology and software organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Resource Manager to join their Professional Services team on an initial 12-month contract.

Fully remote or hybrid in London - Fluent German or French advantageous but not essential.

£320 - £350 per day PAYE

As a SRM you will oversee resource planning and allocation across a portfolio of consulting engagements. Working with delivery leaders, consultants, partners and key stakeholders, you will ensure resources are effectively deployed to maximise utilisation, revenue and customer success

Responsibilities

• Manage resource requests, staffing and consultant allocations across multiple projects.
\n
• Optimise utilisation, skills alignment and delivery capacity.
\n
• Identify and resolve staffing risks and resource gaps.
\n
• Deliver resource forecasting, utilisation reporting and demand planning.
\n
• Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and project delivery.
\n
• Source and manage external contractors and delivery partners.
\n
• Oversee partner onboarding, SOW approvals and spend forecasting.
\n
• Maintain resource data, schedules and skills profiles.
\n
• Drive process improvements and operational excellence

Experience

\n
• 6+years' experience in Resource Management within Professional or Software Services
\n
• Strong stakeholder management
\n
• Experience balancing resource demand, utilisation and commercial objectives
\n
• Strong understanding of project financials and forecasting
\n
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills
\n
• Experience working with CRM and PSA platforms
