Compliance Officer

The Role

• The main focus of the role is ensuring the company’s products align with industry regulations, quality control metrics and safety standards.
\n
• Will involve ISO 9001 and all audits.
\n
• You will also help implement ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
\n
• The successful applicant will be involved in quality assurance, regulatory and certification tracking and policy management.
\n
• Educate the staff on their responsibility in relation to compliance and quality control.
\n
• Develop and roll out effective training in relation to quality compliance.
\n

The Person

\n
• You will demonstrate excellent customer and supplier quality skills together with strong problem-solving skills within the manufacturing industry.
\n
• Educated to degree level or relevant experience in Compliance or Quality Management Systems or Engineered Product Manufacturer.
\n
• Can deal with people at all levels.
\n
• Technical/Engineering background.
\n
• Experience with ISO 9001 would be preferred.
\n
• Experience ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 would be preferred.
\n
• Excellent communication/IT skills.
\n
• Ability to self-manage.
\n
• Must have attention to detail.
\n
• Proven experience in compliance management.
\n
• Take responsibility for personal development.
\n
