The Role

• As a Finance Assistant, you'll support a portfolio of clients, assisting with their day-to-day finance function and ensuring accurate financial records are maintained.

• Processing and maintaining accurate bookkeeping using cloud-based accounting software.
\n
• Assisting with VAT returns and account reconciliations.
\n
• Preparing balance sheet reconciliations.
\n
• Supporting the preparation of monthly management accounts.
\n
• Liaising with suppliers and resolving account queries.
\n
• Processing supplier payments and supporting payment runs.
\n
• Communicating with customers regarding invoices and account queries.
\n
• Responding to day-to-day finance queries from clients.
\n
