Business Application Lead

A leading Insurance organisation is looking to appoint a strategic Business Application Lead who has a technical background to ensure the company's software applications effectively support its business goals. You will have a blend of IT leadership, process optimisation, and stakeholder engagement. You will partner with senior business stakeholders and counterparts in Operations to deliver maximum business value in alignment with strategic priorities.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Have strong Lloyd's Market knowledge in relation to IT Applications/services.

• Have experience in working in highly outsourced environments
\n
• Have experience managing multiple projects concurrently in a cross-functional environment.
\n
• Be a change agent, technology evangelist and thought leader in IT Applications.
\n
• Have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
\n
• Have structured project delivery methodologies.
\n
• Relevant software development techniques and technologies.
\n
• IT Service Management methodologies - (e.g. ITIL, COBIT).
