- Manage and Optimiste HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub \n
- Deliver multi channel marketing campaigns \n

- Manage and optimise the HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub, ensuring best practice across marketing automation, workflows and CRM management. \n
- Plan, build and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing and automated customer journeys. \n
- Create and manage audience segmentation, lead scoring and lifecycle management to improve lead quality and conversion. \n
- Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure effective lead routing, qualification and pipeline visibility. \n
- Develop dashboards and reports to measure campaign performance, lead generation, ROI and sales pipeline activity. \n
- Analyse campaign performance and use data-driven insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness. \n
- Carry out A/B testing and campaign optimisation to increase engagement and conversion rates. \n
- Maintain CRM data quality, database integrity and GDPR compliance. \n
- Support ongoing HubSpot development, integrations and future system improvements. \n
- Keep up to date with developments in marketing automation, CRM technology and AI-driven marketing tools. \n

- Strong hands-on experience using HubSpot CRM (Marketing Hub and/or Sales Hub). \n
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, customer journeys, lead nurturing and workflow creation. \n
- Good understanding of CRM management, lead scoring, segmentation and sales pipeline processes. \n
- Experience producing marketing reports, dashboards and campaign performance analysis. \n
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. \n
- Excellent project management and organisational skills. \n
- Knowledge of GDPR and CRM data management best practice. \n
- Experience within a B2B environment is essential. Experience within distribution, wholesale or FMCG would be advantageous. \n
