A leading corporate finance boutique is seeking an experienced M&A Associate Director or Director to advise clients within the food and drink sector on acquisitions, disposals, fundraising and strategic transactions. - Lead the execution of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions within the food and drink sector. \n
- Originate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, investors and professional introducers. \n
- Advise business owners and management teams on strategic options, acquisitions, disposals and growth initiatives. \n
- Prepare and review financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda and client presentations. \n
- Manage transaction processes from initial engagement through to completion. \n
Profile

- Proven M&A experience gained within an advisory firm, investment bank or boutique environment. \n
- Strong experience advising clients on acquisitions, disposals and fundraising transactions. \n
- Previous exposure to food and drink sector clients is essential. \n
- Demonstrable track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships at a senior level. \n
Job Offer

- Competitive salary: AD - £80,000 - £100,000; Director - £100,000 - £125,000 \n
- Discretionary bonus, typically paying between 15%-30% \n
