We're looking for an exceptional Room Leader to lead one of our nursery rooms, inspiring both children and colleagues while creating a fun, safe and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

What you'll be doing\n

As one of our Room Leaders, you'll:

\n

\n
• lead, motivate and support a dedicated team of childcare professionals
\n
• create inspiring learning experiences that spark curiosity and imagination
\n
• plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
\n
• help lead our exciting weekly Forest School sessions, encouraging children to learn through nature
\n
• build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
\n
• ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing
\n
• monitor children's development and celebrate every milestone
\n
• keep your room organised, welcoming and full of opportunities to learn through play
\n

What we're looking for\n

You'll be someone who:

\n

\n
• holds a Level 3 Childcare qualification (essential)
\n
• has at least 2 years' nursery experience
\n
• has experience leading or supervising a small team
\n
• has a strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
\n
• is creative, energetic and passionate about giving children the very best start in life
\n
• loves outdoor learning and enjoys getting involved in Forest School activities
\n
• is an excellent communicator with children, parents and colleagues
\n
• has the right to work in the UK & lives within 30-45 minute commuting time
\n
