We’re excited to be recruiting for a rare senior leadership opportunity at Dalziel & Pow: Associate Director, Strategy. We’re looking for an experienced strategist who can bring together insight, foresight, client strategy and commercial thinking to shape our most significant projects, opportunities, and relationships. Working closely with our ambitious clients, D&P leadership and our brilliant multidisciplinary teams, you’ll help clients define what’s next and turn that direction into iconic brands and experiences.

What you'll do\n

  • Lead strategic relationships across key accounts.
  • \n
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Understand client businesses, commercial priorities and organisational challenges.
  • \n
  • Facilitate executive workshops and leadership sessions.
  • \n
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear strategic opportunities.
  • \n
  • Provide commercial and strategic direction that creates confidence and alignment.
  • \n
  • Present to Boards and C-suite audiences.
  • \n
  • Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and generate new business.
  • \n
  • Support the development of the Strategy team alongside the Creative Strategy Lead.
  • \n
What you'll need\n
    \n
  • Strong experience of advising CEOs and executive-level clients with confidence.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to solve complex business problems.
  • \n
  • A deep understanding of organisations.
  • \n
  • A commercial mindset with a strong knack for facilitation.
  • \n
  • Great storytelling skills and a naturally curious, collaborative spirit.
  • \n
  • A thorough understanding of design to be able to inspire it—but doesn't need to own every creative output.
