Job Description\nAs Fractional CFO at reFIT, you will partner directly with founder Stefan Duda (ex-CBRE) to build a robust financial engine for scaling. You'll oversee financial modeling, manage runway, and spearhead fundraising preparations for a Series A raise as the company expands its footprint across the UK and international markets.

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment (Seed to Series A). \n
- Deep expertise in financial modeling and managing the investor relations/fundraising lifecycle for tech-enabled or physical infrastructure businesses. \n
- Strong commercial instincts with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategy for non-finance founders and stakeholders. \n
