Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearlyWork safely around hot cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, and common ingredients like oil and flourMaintain a clean, safe Restaurant while following all food safety and company proceduresLead by example and uphold the standards of Raising Canes at all times.Demonstrates a can do approach and coaches others to perform to their best ability.QualificationsRequired Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or olderGCSEs or equivalent required3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experienceMust complete all required Raising Canes company training programsAble to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and trainingDetail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changingSelf-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skillsAble to recognise and analyse problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problemsProficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quicklyAdditional InformationCareer Privacy NoticeNote: This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship at this time and you must hold valid Right to Work in the UK when applyingTPBN1_UKTJ
