Paint Sprayer

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Industrial Paint Sprayer to join a growing manufacturing business based in South Kirkby.

As an Industrial Paint Sprayer, you'll be responsible for preparing and spraying a range of fabricated components using industrial paint systems. The successful Paint Sprayer will have experience working with airless spray equipment, two-pack paints and epoxy primers, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet C3 to C5 corrosion protection standards.

Working Hours

Choose from: Days - Monday-Friday – 06.00am - 2:30pm / Afters - Monday-Thursday 2:00pm - 12:30am (20% Shift Allowance)Salary: £31,366.40 - £43,380 (Depending on Skills & Experience / Shift)

Paint Sprayer Responsibilities:

\n
• Prepare components ready for painting through cleaning, masking and surface preparation.
\n
• Apply industrial coatings using airless, air-assisted and conventional pressure pot spray equipment.
\n
• Mix and apply two-pack paints, including epoxy primers.
\n
• Carry out all Paint Sprayer duties to C3-C5 corrosion protection standards.
\n
• Inspect finished work to ensure quality, consistency and specification compliance.
\n
• Maintain spray equipment and keep the Paint Sprayer work area clean and safe.
\n
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
\n

To be successful in this Paint Sprayer position, you'll ideally have:

\n
• Previous experience as an Industrial Paint Sprayer or Paint Sprayer within manufacturing or heavy engineering.
\n
• Experience using airless, air-assisted airless and conventional pressure pot spray systems.
\n
• Strong knowledge of two-pack paints and epoxy primers.
\n
• Experience applying coatings to C3-C5 specifications.
\n
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes.
\n
• Ability to read and work from technical specifications.
\n
