What You Will Do:

• Support the administration of the Ford Direct Remarketing function, with a strong focus on stock exchange sales processes. • Perform pricing and stock price analysis to help keep vehicle descriptions and display details accurate. • Maintain and manage systems feeds to support the smooth flow of information for vehicle listings. • Use your Excel and data analysis skills to review outputs, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and a professional standard of reporting. • Keep operations running efficiently through well-structured admin habits and attention to detail.

What You Will Bring:

• Strong Excel capability, including comfortable data analysis and producing clear, accurate results. • Previous dealer or automotive experience, ideally with exposure to remarketing, pricing, or stock-related administration. • Confidence working with data, spotting issues quickly, and maintaining high accuracy under time pressure. • Systems administration experience, especially where feeds and reporting are involved. • A degree education is required to support the analytical and structured nature of the role.
