Legal Counsel | £75,000 - £85,000 | Hybrid/Remote (UK)My client, a fast-growing international organisation, is seeking a Legal Counsel (Contracts & Compliance) to join their expanding legal team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor to play a key role in supporting legal operations across multiple jurisdictions, with a strong focus on commercial contracts, compliance and risk management.Responsibilities\n

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements, including client contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs and licensing arrangements
\n
• Manage the contract lifecycle, ensuring key obligations, renewals and contractual risks are effectively monitored
\n
• Provide legal support during commercial proposals and tender processes
\n
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures
\n
• Support compliance across areas including data protection, anti-bribery and regulatory requirements
\n
• Conduct legal research and provide advice on a variety of commercial and corporate matters
\n
• Liaise with external legal advisers across multiple jurisdictions where required
\n
• Maintain legal documentation, templates and knowledge management systems
\n
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to minimise legal risk and support business objectives
\n

Skills\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience
\n
• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
\n
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory matters, including data protection and corporate governance
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic approach to legal risk
\n
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
\n
• Able to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
\n
• Experience working in-house or advising commercial organisations would be advantageous
\n
