\nLocation: Winfrith, Dorset (HQ)Contract Type: TemporaryHourly Rate: £13.33 per hourWorking Pattern: Part-Time 18.5 hours per week End Date: June 2027

\nKey Responsibilities:
\nAs a Clothing & Equipment Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that officers and staff are well-equipped and prepared for their duties. Your responsibilities will include:
\nUniform & Equipment Management:- Receive and distribute uniforms and body armour efficiently across three Administrative Hubs in Dorset.- Liaise with Purchasing Officers to ensure accurate and timely ordering of uniforms and personal issue equipment.
\nFitting Coordination:- Measure staff and arrange fitting days for large groups, ensuring everyone is appropriately equipped.- Work with external service providers to solve fitting issues, ensuring officers receive the correct sizes without additional costs.
\nCommunication & Reporting:- Send weekly reports to external suppliers on officers changing locations, ensuring smooth transitions.- Attend the Clothing and Equipment User Group to provide insights and support discussions.
\nProblem Solving:- Assist officers with medical-related uniform adjustments, exploring alternatives when necessary.

- Proficiency in computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and word processing. \n
Desirable Skills:
\nExperience in a store or similar environment, especially involving clothing or equipment provision.
