This is a fantastic opportunity to secure ongoing work on a fixed afternoon shift. If you have previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing environment and enjoy working in a fast-paced production setting, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs a Machine Operator, you'll play a key role in the production process, ensuring machinery runs efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities\n

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
\n
• Setting up machines ready for production runs.
\n
• Carrying out quality inspections to ensure products meet specification.
\n
• Loading materials and removing finished products safely.
\n
• Performing basic machine adjustments where required.
\n
• Reporting faults and liaising with maintenance when necessary.
\n
• Recording production information accurately.
\n
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
\n
• Working towards daily production targets and KPIs.
\n
• Following all Health & Safety procedures.
\n

The Ideal Candidate\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operative, Manufacturing Operative, Process Operator, or similar.
\n
• Experience working within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
\n
• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence operating production machinery.
\n
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality.
\n
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
\n
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
\n

Hours\n

• Monday to Friday
\n
• 2:00pm to 10:00pm
\n
• Fixed Afternoon Shift
\n

Pay£13.18 per hourBenefits\n
