- Salary of £40,000–£45,000 depending on experience. \n
- Hybrid working with four days in the Leeds office and one day working from home. \n

- Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence, capability, performance and workplace conflict cases. \n
- Provide expert guidance on employment law, HR policies and best practice to managers and stakeholders. \n
- Lead and support TUPE transfers, including due diligence, consultation processes and transition planning. \n
- Support restructures, redundancy consultations and wider organisational change programmes. \n
- Coach managers to strengthen people management capability and reduce organisational risk. \n
- Contribute to recruitment, onboarding and wider People projects that improve engagement and operational effectiveness. \n

- CIPD Level 5 qualification or above. \n
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and current HR best practice. \n
- Proven capability managing complex employee relations casework. \n
- Practical experience supporting TUPE transfers and organisational change programmes. \n
- Experience advising managers and senior stakeholders on complex people matters. \n
