Graduate Trainee Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing retail organisation based in London who are looking for a driven and ambitious Graduate Trainee Manager to join their team.

The Organisation

The Role

You will begin on the shop floor, learning the business from the ground up — from customer service and stock management through to team supervision, sales performance, and store operations. As you progress through the programme, you will take on increasing responsibility, deputising for senior management and ultimately stepping into your own management role.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an outstanding customer experience and leading by example on the shop floor

• Supporting the management team with daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
\n
• Supervising and motivating team members, providing coaching and on-the-job guidance
\n
• Monitoring sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to drive revenue
\n
• Managing stock, deliveries, and merchandising to maintain store standards
\n
• Handling customer queries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally
\n
• Supporting with recruitment, scheduling, and team development as you progress
