WAREHOUSE 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Warehouse Day Shift Operator to join a well-established and growing air freight operation based in the Heathrow area.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in air cargo warehousing who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent operational standards.

• Manual handling of a variety of cargo, including chilled, frozen and ambient freight.
\n
• Loading and unloading vehicles, from vans through to articulated lorries.
\n
• Operating counterbalance forklift trucks (1.5t–8t).
\n
• Picking, packing, sorting and splitting shipments accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Building, sorting and managing aircraft pallet stocks.
\n
• Maintaining accurate warehouse stock records and completing associated paperwork.
\n
• Using warehouse systems to log stock movements.
\n
• Working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
\n
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and health & safety.
\n

• Minimum of 3 years' warehouse experience.
\n
• Previous experience within the Air Freight/Air Cargo industry is essential.
\n
• Valid Counterbalance FLT Licence (B1).
\n
• B2 FLT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
\n
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Ability to work effectively within a busy warehouse environment.
\n

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern 09:00 – 19:00
\n
