\nJoselyn Search are currently recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to be based across 8 sites in South West & West London. The successful engineer will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in commercial building maintenance.\n
\nThis position would be ideal for a Mobile Maintenance Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression and living in the area. In return the company are offering a salary of £43,500 , Van & fuel card , 25 days holiday and an annual performance related bonus!\n

Hours of Work & Package Info

\n

Basic Salary of £43,500

\n

Mon-Fri 8.00am to 4.30pm

\n

Van + Fuel Card provided

\n

25 days holiday + Bank Holidays

\n

Enrolment in company pension scheme

\n

up to 5% Annual Bonus Scheme

\n

Personal use of Vehicle

\n

\n

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n

\n

Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)

\n

Emergency lighting tests

\n

Control Panels

\n

Changing Ballast

\n

BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)

\n

Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance

\n

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service / maintenance

\n

Maintain and update Log books

\n

Plumbing & Unblocking toilets

\n

\n

Requirements

\n

Electrically or Mechanically qualified - City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2&3

\n

18th Edition

\n

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
