Shift Pattern:
\n- \n
- Panama Shifts – Days and Nights (12 hours) (3s & 2s) (2 weeks Days then 2 weeks Nights) \n
Key Responsibilities of Maintenance Engineer:
\n- \n
- Deliver hands-on engineering support to keep production running smoothly \n
- Perform both reactive and planned maintenance \n
- Use CMMS system to record and track maintenance activities \n
- Work closely with production to meet performance goals \n
- Follow safety and repair best practices at all times \n
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives \n
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive engineering team with a strong culture of teamwork \n
What We’re Looking For:
\n- \n
- Time-served or apprenticeship-trained engineer \n
- Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ Level 3 and BTEC, ONC/HNC preferred) \n
- Strong electrical skillset \n
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment \n
- A positive, proactive mindset and a team player \n
- Eagerness to grow, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering department \n
