As a Sales Engineer, you'll play a key role in driving sales within the manufacturing industry. Your day-to-day will involve building strong relationships with new and existing clients and ensuring their needs are met through tailored solutions.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with OEM and Tier 1 and 2 customers, identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • \n
  • Create and deliver regional sales strategies and business plans to achieve growth within target markets.
  • \n
  • Manage key customer accounts, including commercial negotiations and long-term account development.
  • \n
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings, presentations and business reviews.
  • \n
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and support business planning.
  • \n
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and successful project delivery.
  • \n
  • Foster strong internal relationships across sales, engineering, operations and quality functions.

Profile

A successful Sales Engineer should have:

  • Experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in a sales capacity.

  • A strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them to clients.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Offer

  • A salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000 dependent on the level of experience.
