Knight Electrical Switchgear is a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke low voltage switchgear and control panels. From our factory in Donyatt, Somerset, we build specialist equipment for hospitals, naval bases, renewable energy projects, museums, schools and commercial buildings throughout the UK.

Were looking for a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our production team.

You dont need previous switchgear or panel building experience. If youve assembled, wired or tested electrical equipment in industries such as automotive, aerospace, rail, marine, defence or electrical manufacturing, well provide the training needed to develop your specialist skills.

Working from engineering drawings and electrical schematics, youll assemble, wire and test bespoke switchgear and control panels to the highest standards of quality and workmanship.

• Experience assembling, wiring or testing electrical equipment.

• Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
\n
• Qualified electrician, electrical technician, or equivalent practical experience.
\n
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
\n

• £25,000£40,000 salary, depending on experience.
\n
