LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnered with a well-established law firm who is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys and leadership. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to attorneys and firm leadership.
  • Prepare, edit, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, pleadings, and reports.
  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate court filings, deadlines, and legal documentation.
  • Maintain and organize confidential client files and legal records.
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with billing, expense reports, and time entry.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and special projects as needed.
  • Monitor and prioritize multiple deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of legal administrative, legal assistant, or executive assistant experience within a law firm required.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, court procedures, and legal documentation.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience supporting attorneys or firm leadership.
  • Familiarity with legal practice management or document management systems.
  • Experience with litigation, corporate law, estate planning, or other legal practice areas is a plus.
Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
