Tableting Supervisor

Location: Dallas, TX 75238
Schedule: MondayFriday, 5:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $22.00$24.00 per hour (DOE)

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Tableting Supervisor to oversee tablet press and coating operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for leading production employees, maintaining cGMP and quality compliance, and ensuring safe, efficient, and productive operations.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily tableting and coating operations.

  • Ensure compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and company quality standards.

  • Assign daily work and monitor production goals.

  • Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting.

  • Coordinate maintenance needs with the Maintenance department.

  • Train and develop employees on safety, procedures, and job duties.

  • Review Batch Production Records and production documentation for accuracy.

  • Monitor production performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Investigate quality or production issues and work with QA to implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing experience required.

  • 36 months of Tablet Press Operator experience with coating process knowledge preferred.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in cGMP or regulated manufacturing environments is a plus.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required PPE.

  • Ability to safely operate a pallet jack.
