\n * Base pay: $15–$24 per hour based on performance\n
\n * Average credit card tips: $475+ per week\n
\n * Average cash tips: $225+ per week\n
\n * Retail commission opportunities\n

\n * Strong customer service and communication skills\n
\n * Confident performing men's and boys' haircuts on all hair types and textures\n

\n * Product knowledge and ability to recommend products based on client needs\n
