Production Associate II - Lenexa, KS

Join our team through Adecco as a Production Associate II in a state-of-the-art, climate-controlled, and highly secured facility located in Lenexa, KS. This vital role involves ensuring the quality and safety of biological products by performing inspection, packaging, and labeling in accordance with strict quality standards. As a Production Associate II, you will operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment, preparing raw materials, components, and supplies to support seamless production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, package, and label biological products with precision and adherence to quality standards.

• Operate and oversee manufacturing machinery to ensure optimal performance.

• Prepare raw materials, components, and supplies required for production.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety protocols.

• Contribute to team efforts to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Participate in training and development for continuous skill enhancement.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 1 year of experience in production, manufacturing, packaging, or assembly environments.

• Basic math skills and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Shift options include:

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

  • 1st Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM -10:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 4:15 PM -2:45 AM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Friday, 10: 00 PM - 6:30 AM

  • 3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 10:00 PM - 8:30 AM

• Overtime is mandatory and may be required to meet production deadlines.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
