Pay: $40–$65/hr

Per Diem 7 Days per week tax free

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking multiple Construction Superintendents (Assistant, Superintendent, and Senior-level) to support a large-scale commercial construction project in Temple, TX. These individuals will serve as on-site leaders responsible for driving project execution, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld.

This is a high-visibility opportunity supporting a fast-paced project with strong potential for long-term conversion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and ensure alignment with project schedules
• Lead and enforce job site safety protocols and compliance standards
• Maintain consistent quality across all construction phases
• Coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, and stakeholders
• Track progress, manage site documentation, and oversee project closeout
• Identify risks and implement solutions to maintain timelines and budgets
• Manage site logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Build strong working relationships with all project partners

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience working for a general contractor
• Leadership experience as a Superintendent or Project Lead preferred
• Experience with tenant improvement or working in occupied spaces is a plus
• Strong understanding of construction processes and project sequencing
• Proficiency with tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
