Special Education Teacher - Robstown, Texas

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field
• Valid teaching certification in Special Education for Texas
• Prior experience working with students in inclusive or adaptive educational settings is preferred
• Ability to design, implement, and assess individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Dedication to promoting a positive, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction tailored to students’ individual learning needs
• Develop and implement IEPs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress
