Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid special education teaching certification (or eligibility)
- Experience with upper elementary school-aged students preferred
- Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP planning, and progress monitoring
- Demonstrated experience working with non-verbal learners and utilizing assistive technology
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to manage both pull-out group instruction and self-contained classroom settings
