Your 37.5-hour work week spans multiple elementary sites, giving you a multifaceted experience as part of a dedicated professional network. Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of direct SPED teaching experience (excluding general education, paraprofessional, and substitute work)
  • Valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 MN Special Education licensure in one or more of the following:
    • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
    • DCD (Development Cognitive Disorder)
    • EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorder)
    • ABS (Academic Behavior Strategist)
  • Appropriate endorsements for specific roles (ASD/DCD for Center-Based ASD/DCD roles; EBD, ASD, or DCD for SEL; any SPED endorsement for Resource)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage center-based and resource caseloads, adapting instruction to meet IEP goals
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across multiple elementary schools
  • Foster supportive, inclusive, and positive classroom environments
  • Monitor student progress, document and adjust instructional methods as needed
